Job description

Primary role
  • Checking of Bills & Supporting for claims, Allocating and Ensuring authorization of claims received.
  • Identification of the expense Head and JV entries for all expenses with all the mandatory details. Follow up with the concerned person in case of any expense clarification or supporting is required.
  • Ensuring timely Bank Receipt entries done in system.
  • Ensuring Bank Reconciliation completed and submit it to the Audit department on every 1st day of month.
  • Accounting of Bond and MF Investment on monthly basis.
  • Personal Accounts : 1) Procuring Bank Statements of Personal Accounts and keeping Bank Book Updated on Monthly/Quarterly basis. 2) Procuring Equity & MF Reports and keeping Books Updated on Monthly/Quarterly basis 3)
  • Other Task / MIS preparation as and when given by Immediate Superior.
Seconday role
  • Ensuring timely payment entries after the receipt of authorised expense claims.
  • Ensuring proper filing of Documents.
  • Monthly TDS data preparation. Quarterly MIS preparation. Budget variance report verification on monthly basis. Keeping Trust Fund MIS Updated.
